III. Contents of activities
For new business entities, migrant workers and traditional rural farmers, it is necessary to visit each house and investigate and file. Visiting and filing work should be horizontal to the edge, vertical to the end, leaving no blind spots.

(5) Continuous maintenance. According to the existing information, for those who have reasonable capital needs and meet the loan conditions, they should make field visits and actively support them; For customers with surplus funds, we should actively organize home deposits; For customers with settlement needs, e-banking products should be opened in time; We should always send information on the reform and development of rural commercial banks, product promotion information and customer sympathy information to customers, and send blessing messages on holidays, customers' birthdays and other important days to enhance our feelings with customers. Through regular return visits and continuous maintenance, a good customer maintenance and business development mechanism will be formed.
(6) Treat the people well. Actively promote the construction of village-level service points for benefiting farmers, and install at least one card payment transfer phone in an administrative village. At the same time, "five exemptions and one discount" will be implemented, that is, annual bank card fee, magnetic stripe card fee, online banking (excluding equipment) free, telephone banking free and mobile banking free, and certain preferential treatment will be given to overseas remittance fees to further expand the scope of use of electronic banking products.

(1) Strengthen organizational leadership. Cadres of village (neighborhood) committees should attach great importance to it, strengthen communication and coordination, implement their work responsibilities, and solidly promote the service activities of "entering villages and entering households" in inclusive finance.
