First, log in to your account and click "My Order";

After seeing all the orders, find the goods to be returned and click "Cancel Order";

Click and select "Order Cancellation Application", which can be selected according to the actual situation, and then click "Next";

Click "OK" to cancel (you will be prompted how to refund the money), and click "OK";

At this time, the refund form has been applied, so you can view "View Cancellation Details";

The application progress is shown here. After the store agrees, JD.COM will start a refund, and a text message will prompt the refund information;

The application progress will not be received immediately, and the SMS will prompt you to return to the payment bank account within 1- 15 working days.
