It may be fraud, or identity information may be stolen. If it is a court notice, you must have the name and contact information of the case-handling judge, and you can call the case-handling judge to understand and explain the situation. There is no judge handling the case, so the case number and other information need not be ignored. Even if there is, it may be fabricated. Everything that asks you to transfer money is fraud.
