S7edge always split the screen automatically for no reason. How to break it?

Dear Samsung users, if your mobile phone often automatically splits the screen, I suggest:

1. Try to restart the phone.

2. Update the mobile phone system version: Settings-About the mobile phone (about the device)-Download the update manually/automatically (software update/system update-update). Note: Please back up the data in the device before upgrading.

3. If it is the latest version, please back up the data in the mobile phone, and then try to restore the factory settings.
