2. The signature information has been sent, but the short message cannot be delivered in time due to port delay or other reasons. This can only be patiently waited or consulted by other means.

3. The upgrade of communication network or the problem of the mobile phone itself may cause the short message not to be received normally. You can call the telecom customer service hotline 10000 to inquire about the SMS function, or you can ask the customer service staff to turn off the SMS function before turning it on. If the SMS function is normal, there may be something wrong with the mobile phone. You can consider restarting your phone or putting the USIM card in another phone.
