4. Enter the deposit page: on the personal wallet page, look for the view option in the lower right corner to enter the deposit page.

5. Apply for a refund of the deposit: On the deposit page, find the option of clicking on the refund of the deposit.

6. Confirm the refund of the deposit: on the page of confirming the refund of the deposit, select the reason for the refund of the deposit, and click the option of refund of the deposit to complete the application for refund of the deposit.
