I forgot the authorization code and reference number of China Bank.

If you lose the "Reference Number and Authorization Code" printed for you at the counter, please bring any passbook or bank card associated with e-banking, valid ID card for card opening/discount and entity authentication tool to any business outlet of Bank of China to reprint the "Reference Number and Authorization Code" for you. After that, you need to enter the personal online banking login page of BOC, click the "CA certificate download" link on the right side of the page, and complete the CA certificate update according to the page prompts. "Reference number, authorization code" is valid for 28 natural days.
