Longgang City’s Notice on Carrying out Nucleic Acid Testing for All Employees

In view of the current severe and complex epidemic prevention and control situation, in order to comprehensively investigate potential risks and effectively protect the life safety and health of the people , in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Wenzhou Epidemic Prevention and Control Office on Carrying out Nucleic Acid Testing for All Employees", it was decided to carry out a round of nucleic acid testing for all employees in the city. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Testing objects

All residents of the city, including local residents, foreigners, etc.

2. Testing time

Nucleic acid testing for all employees will be carried out in different regions from October 8th to October 10th. Among them, the nucleic acid testing areas for all employees on the 8th are Baisha, Huqian, and Yunyan , Xincheng area, the nucleic acid areas of all employees on the 9th are Longjiang, Jiangshan, and _艚 areas, and the nucleic acid areas of all employees on the 10th are Yanjiang, Pingping, and Lupu areas. Areas that have not yet received nucleic acid testing for all employees will continue to provide regular nucleic acid sampling services.

3. Sampling and testing locations

See the attached table for the city’s convenient nucleic acid sampling points.

IV. Precautions

1. After returning to Wenzhou City from outside the province, they will undergo a nucleic acid test 24 hours after completing the "land inspection" upon arrival; After returning to temperature and completing the "land inspection", "three inspections in three days" will be implemented.

2. Nucleic acid testing is carried out by directly scanning the "Wenzhou Epidemic Prevention Code" to register. Participants are asked to bring their smartphones to the sampling point. If the elderly or children do not have smartphones, please bring your valid ID in advance. Entry will be assisted by on-site staff. For those with abnormal "Wenzhou Epidemic Prevention Code", staff will arrange door-to-door sampling or sampling at designated nucleic acid sampling points.

3. Citizens must wear masks and strictly implement the "two-meter mask" system. Sampling subjects are strictly prohibited from smoking, chatting, and gathering without masks. During on-site sampling, the distance between the person being sampled and the next person waiting to be sampled should be more than 3 meters. The latter person must wait until the previous person puts on a mask and leaves before they can step forward and take off the mask to take samples.

4. Citizens who meet the vaccination requirements should go to the nearest place to receive the COVID-19 vaccine after completing the nucleic acid sampling. People who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not undergo nucleic acid sampling and testing for the time being.

Citizens and friends are requested to actively cooperate with our city’s nucleic acid testing work for all employees, do not panic, do not believe or spread rumors, do not gather in gatherings, and go out less often. Anyone who refuses to cooperate without legitimate reasons, hinders epidemic prevention and control, or causes other serious consequences will bear corresponding legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
