3. If there is a power outage, it is an emergency and it is impossible to inform the customer in advance; I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. The power supply department will try its best to repair it and try to reply to you in the shortest time.

4. In case of planned power failure, the power supply department will notify by SMS seven days in advance, and in case of temporary power failure, it will notify by SMS 24 hours in advance.
