How come ICBC didn't inform you to pick up the card one month after opening an account successfully?

ICBC generally completes the review of business card printing within 15 natural days. If you choose to receive the card by mail, the new card will generally arrive within 7- 15 working days. If mailing or picking up the card by yourself is not supported, please bring the original ID card to the designated outlets after receiving the card picking-up notice.

Anyone who is 0/8 years old in China or 25 -65 years old (inclusive) abroad (foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) with full capacity for civil conduct and good credit record can apply for an ICBC credit card. Master card applicants can apply for up to two supplementary cards. The applicant for the supplementary card shall have full capacity for civil conduct or limited capacity for civil conduct, and must be at least 13 years old.
