OPPOr5 is always stuck on the OPPO icon when it is turned on and cannot be turned on.

If the phone cannot be turned on, there may be a system problem. Just force a factory reset:

1 Turn off the phone and press the power button and the volume up button (some phones have the volume down button) at the same time. When the phone is turned on, the following options will appear:

2 reboot system now: Restart the system;

3 wipe data/factory reset: Clear data/set factory mode;

4 The volume key is the cursor selection key, which can be used to move the cursor, and the power key is the confirmation key;

5 Select wipe data/factory reset, confirm, and then select all delete to confirm. (Phone numbers, text messages, and non-built-in applications will all be cleared.) Select reboot system now to confirm until the phone boots normally. (wait a few minutes)
