First, the number of employees insured by the unit has increased.

Applicable objects: Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, social organizations and individual industrial and commercial households.

Documents and information to be provided:

"Xiamen Social Insurance Insured Person Increase Declaration Form" (in triplicate)

◆ If the administrative institution belongs to the unified financial personnel, it shall also provide an audit form for the increase or decrease of the administrative institution after being audited by the Municipal Organization Department and the Municipal Personnel Bureau.

◆ In other cases, the following supporting materials shall also be provided:

(1) If foreign management and technical personnel pay social security according to the household registration of this Municipality, they shall provide the original employment documents of the management and technical personnel stamped with the official seal of the unit.

(2) Employees over working age are required to provide the Approval Form for Continued Payment of Insured Individuals audited by the labor department.

(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel insured, need to provide a copy of the certificate of return, the original and a copy of the employment certificate;
