How does WeChat automatically reply to messages?

1. The administrator enters the webpage background and contacts the customer, as shown in the following figure:

2. Enter the configuration, as shown in the figure below:

3. Find the automatic reply and enter the configuration, as shown in the figure below:

4. Create a new automatic reply, as shown in the figure below:

5. Set the rule name, keywords and reply content. Keyword can be set to include or exactly match, which represents a problem when someone is an @ robot assistant. If the match is successful, the content will be automatically replied, as shown in the following figure:

6. The reply content can be text, webpage or applet, as shown in the following figure:

7. After the setting is successful, you can see the corresponding keywords and reply content, as shown in the figure below:
