Hangzhou children's medical insurance renewal process:

(1) Renewed personnel

1. Children who have participated in children's medical insurance in the last year and still meet the conditions for participation, and who have been entrusted by the bank in the last year, should promptly deposit the full amount of funds into the entrusted withholding account to ensure the success of the deduction; For those who have not been entrusted by the bank, they can hold relevant materials (see point 4 of this notice) to handle the entrusted withholding of children's medical insurance at the business outlets of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China or Hangzhou Bank in the main city, or they can choose to handle the payment of children's medical insurance at the place where the qualification of insurance (see point 3 of this notice, hereinafter collectively referred to as the designated place) is reviewed.

2. The following personnel shall first go to the designated place for qualification examination, and then pay for children's medical insurance.

(1) 18 students still studying in primary and secondary schools in the main city.

(2) Primary and secondary school students who are newly enrolled in the main city and children whose parents have changed their insurance coverage.

(2) The first insured

Children under the household registration 1. 1.8 in the main city shall go to the designated place with the household registration book (original and photocopy) and one-inch recent photo.

2./kloc-Students who are still studying in primary and secondary schools in the main city for 0/8 years shall go to the designated place with their school registration certificate, household registration book (original and photocopy) and a recent photo.

3. Primary and secondary school students who are not registered in the main city are studying in the main city. If one of their parents has participated in the medical insurance for employees in the main city, they should go to the designated place with their school registration certificate, their household registration book (original and photocopy), proof of their relationship with one of their parents to participate in the medical insurance for employees in the main city, and one-inch recent photo.

4. Preschool children who are not registered in the main city, live in the main city, and their parents have participated in the medical insurance for employees in the main city and paid for it for 3 years, shall go to the designated place with their household registration book (original and photocopy), proof of their relationship with their parents who participated in the medical insurance for employees in the main city, and a one-inch recent photo.

5. After the insurance qualification is approved, children's medical insurance payment shall be handled at the designated place at the same time.

Information and precautions for handling bank entrusted withholding

(a) the holder should bring the relevant documents (original and photocopy) to the designated place in time for insurance (renewal) procedures, without going to the bank for withholding procedures.

(2) Children themselves need to provide their valid identity documents (/kloc-The valid identity documents of minors under the age of 0/6 are household registration books or identity cards; The valid identity documents for adults above 16 are resident identity cards, the same below) and withholding accounts, among which minors below 16 should be handled by others.

(3) If the withholding account is not the child himself, provide the original valid identity documents of the withholding account and the child and the withholding account.

(four) to handle the withholding business in China Industrial and Commercial Bank or Hangzhou Bank, you should hold the debit card of the corresponding bank.

(5) When handling the bank's entrusted withholding business, you need to provide your mobile phone number so that SMS can inform you whether the deduction is successful or not. If the mobile phone number changes, it should be re-registered at the bank's business outlets in time.

(6) After handling the entrusted withholding business, the bank shall timely deposit the full amount of funds into the entrusted withholding account to ensure the successful deduction.

(7) If you need to change your child's name or ID number, you should go to the bank to sign it back, and then go to the municipal or district social security agency to modify your personal information before you can go to the bank to handle the entrustment formalities again, otherwise you can't deduct money.

(8) The withholding business entrusted by the bank shall be handled by the withholding account holder himself.
