(1) After the transaction dispute sheet is successfully submitted, a prompt message will be sent to the mobile phone filled in by the buyer. If you need to check the progress of the transaction dispute sheet, you can check it in the transaction dispute record;

(2) After the transaction dispute sheet is submitted successfully, the seller will handle it within 36 hours. If no reply is given within the time limit, JD.COM Trade Disputes Commissioner will intervene.

After applying for a refund, the money will be refunded to:

(1) For online payment and refund of orders paid by POS machines, the original card will generally be returned;

(2) The gift card refund will be returned to the gift card you used when you paid, and it is not supported to refund to other paths;

(3) Post office remittance and cash payment will generally be refunded to your JD.COM account. If you need to return the bank card, you can choose the refund method on the application for refund page;

(4) After the order is cancelled successfully, the unpaid IOUs will be invalidated directly, and the IOUs quota will be automatically restored; If you have repaid the debt, you will return the money in the same way after cancellation;

(5) If WeChat payment is paid by Tenpay account, it will be returned to the balance of Tenpay account; If you don't pay with Tenpay account, you will be returned to the paid bank card.
