After 3.3. The Home key exits, and you can receive new messages normally 2 minutes before the screen closes. After 2 minutes, the new message will not be reminded.

4. Double-click the Home button to completely close WeChat in the background, and you can't receive new messages whether you close the screen or not.

QQ phenomenon:

1 later. After QQ is opened, you can receive new messages normally in the QQ interface.

2. In other cases, you can't receive new messages, and you can't receive contacts with comments.

Solutions tried:

1.iTunes backup, restore 8.3 firmware, and the mobile phone chooses to restore from iTunes backup. After the repair, the fault still exists.

3.iTunes backup, restore 8.4 Beta4 firmware, and the mobile phone chooses to restore from iTunes backup. After recovery, the fault remains unchanged.

1. The reason for this problem should be that some Tencent's product configuration information is faulty, but neither Tencent nor Apple can diagnose it.

2. So no matter what version of firmware you brush, this problem will occur as long as you restore the previous fault backup.

3. Apple customer service called me and told me that the solution was to give up the SMS content and reset it to a new iPhone.

1. I can only hope that this problem can be corrected after the official version of 8.4 or iOS 9 is upgraded.

2.iCloud joining SMS content synchronization can also solve my problem, but unfortunately Apple has never considered this issue.
