SMS can't send pictures, nor can it be converted into MMS.

There may be two reasons why SMS cannot send MMS:

1. The mobile phone does not support the MMS function, so your mobile phone will not be able to send or receive MMS messages. You can log in to the MMS mailbox of Unicom website to check the MMS sent to you.

Secondly, GPRS is not enabled, because MMS is transmitted through Unicom's GPRS network, so GPRS needs to be enabled before MMS information can be sent or received.
