The credit card (debit card) of China Construction Bank has received the SMS, but what should I do if the card hasn't arrived yet?

After the card is successful, it will be sent by registered mail, and a short message will be sent to your mobile phone registered in China Construction Bank to inform you (diamond white card, car card, Shenzhen Express). The short message contains the registered letter or express number of the card. Generally, you can receive the message about 10 days after receiving it. If you don't receive the card, you can check the card mailing process according to the registered letter or express number:

(1) website query:

Registered letters can be inquired by parcel post of China Post Network;

(2) Express delivery can be inquired by Global Postal Express.

(3) Telephone enquiry: Call China Post Hotline 1 1 185 to inquire about mailing cards.

If the letter is not signed within 20 days, it will be returned to China Construction Bank. After the return, CCB will inform you by SMS or telephone, and you can contact CCB to mail it again.
