How to query telecom traffic

There are various ways to query the balance of mobile phone traffic in China Telecom. Commonly used query methods include SMS query, customer service phone query and mobile phone client query.

1. SMS inquiry: send SMS "CXLL" or "42 1" to the number 1000 1. According to the latest information, you can also try to send it to the number 8888, and you will receive a reply message containing the traffic usage.

2. Customer service telephone inquiry: Call the official customer service telephone number of China Telecom 10000 and follow the voice prompts, or directly transfer to manual customer service to inquire about the traffic usage.

3. Mobile phone client query: download and install the official mobile phone business hall APP of China Telecom. After registering and logging in, you can query the detailed traffic usage in the related modules such as Personal Center, Package Query or Traffic Query.
