4. enter the trading center-> transaction management-> refund inquiry, and find the refund form with the refund status of "abnormal refund".

5. Refund to the merchant's settlement bank account. The system will automatically pull out the settlement bank account information of the merchant. After the merchant confirms, the refund funds will be returned to the merchant's settlement bank account, and the merchant can refund offline.
