2. Call customer service 10086, and then select manual service cancellation according to the voice prompt.

3. Send the specified SMS code to 10086 and cancel according to the prompt. For example, after sending 0000 to 10086, Guangxi Mobile will reply to cancel according to the received SMS prompt.

4. Log in the mobile phone number and service password to the mobile phone client of the mobile online business hall for cancellation. For example, after recording in the mobile phone business hall client, Guangxi Mobile users click My My Service to find the service to be cancelled, and then click Unsubscribe to unsubscribe from the service.
