Fourth, dependents who have no job and no income are entitled to a monthly basic living allowance of 500-700 yuan, and the basic old-age insurance and medical insurance are handled by the army;

Five, cadres and non-commissioned officers' families according to the rank of apartment housing security;

Six, the spouses of company cadres and noncommissioned officers, rest days and holidays can be arranged in accordance with the provisions of the unified take turns to stay home;

Seven, family members meet the conditions of joining the army and choose not to join the army cadres and noncommissioned officers, enjoy a monthly allowance 1000 yuan;

8. Non-serving military spouses and minor children who meet the conditions of accompanying the army, regardless of whether they are accompanying the army, enjoy relevant medical preferential treatment.

"Regulations on Pensions and Preferential Treatment for Soldiers" Article 2 Servicemen of China People's Liberation Army (hereinafter referred to as servicemen), disabled soldiers, demobilized soldiers, veterans, survivors of martyrs, survivors of soldiers who died in the line of duty, survivors of deceased soldiers and family members of soldiers are the objects of pensions and preferential treatment stipulated in this Ordinance, and enjoy pensions and preferential treatment in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.

Fifty-second retired military cadres, retired noncommissioned officers, in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance on military pensions and preferential treatment. Pensions for militiamen and migrant workers who died or were injured in the war, and pensions for reservists, militiamen, migrant workers and other personnel who died or were injured in military exercises, military training and performing military tasks shall be handled with reference to the relevant provisions of these Regulations.
