The Measures for the Administration of Bank Card Business stipulates that bank card holders have the following rights: (1) Cardholders enjoy all the services promised by the issuing bank to their bank cards, and have the right to supervise the service quality and complain about the service quality problems. (2) Applicants and cardholders have the right to know the functions, usage, charging items, charging standards, applicable interest rates and related calculation formulas of the bank cards they choose. (3) The cardholder has the right to ask the issuing bank for the statement within the specified time, and has the right to ask for inquiry or correction of inconsistent accounting contents. (4) After the procedures for reporting the loss of a debit card are completed, the cardholder will no longer be responsible for the change of the funds in the account in the corresponding card, unless the judicial organ or arbitration organ decides otherwise. (5) The cardholder has the right to claim the bank card use contract and keep it properly.
