1. If the bank has a service outlet in the transfer place, it will not apply for a new card, and the cardholder needs to bring the financial social security card to the financial social security card management department in the transfer place for card transfer registration. If the Bank has no service outlets in the cardholder's transfer place, the cardholder may reapply for the financial social security card or continue to use the original card. If you choose to re-apply, the management department of the transferred financial social security card will cancel the social function of the original card and issue the Notice of Change of Yunnan Financial Social Security Card Bank. The cardholder shall pay the replacement fee at the service outlets of cooperative banks designated in the notice with the notice and valid identity documents, and collect it at the outlets after the agreed time; If you choose to continue to use the original card, the cardholder needs to bring the card to the financial and social security card management department of the transfer place to register the card transfer.

2. Personal information change: If the card information needs to be changed due to the change of personal name, the individual will go to the local financial and social security card management department with valid identity documents and relevant certification materials to make the change, and the local financial and social security card management department will issue the Notice of Information Change of Yunnan Financial and Social Security Card, and the cardholder will bring the card, notice and valid identity documents to our service outlets to make the bank information change. After the personal information is changed and the card replacement fee is paid, the financial social security card will be re-made, and the new card will be collected at the service outlets after the appointed time.
