There are hundreds of seats in the hall for citizens to rest while waiting for the number, and computer guidance system, large plasma color TV sets, public telephones and other facilities are readily available.

Both the east and west halls are equipped with direct drinking water.

There are direct drinking water supply points in the east and west halls, which are located at the entrance of the hall. The drinking terminal of direct drinking water system has three-temperature type providing boiled water, normal temperature water and ice water and two-temperature type providing boiled water and normal temperature water. Drinking fountains are installed in every office, corridor and exhibition hall, and citizens who go to the civic center for business trips and exhibitions can drink fresh, healthy, economical and convenient direct drinking water through pipes.

It is very convenient to eat and go to the toilet.

The government canteen on the first floor of the Civic Center is mainly used to meet the dining needs of 2,500 staff. If citizens need to eat, they can go to fast food restaurants and western restaurants on the first floor, which are open from morning till night and open 24 hours in an emergency. There is no toilet in the service hall, so citizens can go to the public toilet in the corridor behind the service hall.

Business center service

There is a business center in the east hall of the administrative service hall, which can provide self-service internet access, typing, copying and other services.
