There are usually two ways to query call records, namely online business hall query or offline business hall query of major operators.

Before querying, you need to confirm that you have the ownership and right to use the searched number, otherwise you can't query.

Online business hall inquiry: log in to the online business hall of the operator to which the number belongs, enter the number and service password to log in, and select "Call Record Inquiry". The website will send SMS verification code to the checked number, which can be used to query call records and provide downloading, printing and so on.

Offline business hall inquiry: the owner needs to carry his personal ID card, show the owner's identity to the business hall staff, verify the inquiry password, inquire and print the call record, or enter the password in the self-service server for inquiry.
