Can I only be fined if I go to the traffic police brigade to deal with violations?

1. If it is impassable, it shall be handled according to traffic regulations. At present, when a vehicle violates the rules, the owner needs to bring his driver's license and driving license to any traffic police team or administrative comprehensive processing hall where the vehicle violates the rules or where the vehicle is registered. If there is no fine or the fine is less than 6 points, you can deal with the violation online, and then pay the fine directly at the ICBC self-service payment machine or online, or you can pay the fine at Alipay. However, if you deduct more than 6 points, or violate the rules in different places, you must first go to the traffic police team to confirm the deduction of violations before you can pay the fine.

2. According to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law, the parties concerned shall pay the fine at the designated bank within 15 days from the date of receiving the decision on administrative penalty for fine.
