What's wrong with setting the SMS to sound but not hearing it?

If there is no message prompt tone when the mobile phone receives the short message, it is suggested that you:

1. Check whether the phone is silent or vibrating.

2. Set the notification volume of mobile phone: Set-sound and notification (sound)-volume-notification, and turn up the notification volume.

3. If there is still no prompt tone after receiving the message, please check whether the SMS prompt tone is set to mute. Operation: Information-More-Settings-Notification-Slide Switch-Prompt Tone-Select Ringtone (Note: Different models may have different operation paths. )

4. Try to replace the built-in system ringtone.

5. If not, try to update the mobile phone system version: Settings-About the mobile phone (about the device)-Download the update manually/download the update automatically (software update/system update-update). Note: Please back up the data in the device before upgrading.

6. If it is the latest version, please back up the data in the mobile phone and try to restore the factory settings.
