What if the device cannot install the software?

If all software cannot be installed on your device, you can perform the following troubleshooting.

Open unknown source option

Make sure to turn on the unknown source option: System Settings-Security and Screen Lock, select the unknown source and check;

Check the storage space

Go to System Settings-Storage to see if the storage space of the mobile phone is insufficient. If not, you need to uninstall old applications to free up space.

Restart the phone

Download the complete installation package

Check whether the software installation package is completely downloaded or defective. It is recommended to download in a stable wifi environment. Restore the backup data to factory settings.

Go to the maintenance station
