The charging standard for Woyou client to send SMS to mobile phone is as follows:

(1) Woyou users bound with Unicom's mobile phone number send short messages to Unicom's friends on the PC client, free of charge.

(2) When a Woyou user bound to Unicom's mobile phone number gives it to a non-friend, a remote network user or a non-Woyou user on the PC or mobile phone client, it will be charged according to the normal short message.

(3) At present, the short messages sent by the mobile phone client are all called by the short message module of this machine, and they are all paid.
