How to stop text message bombardment

Block all SMS numbers and phone calls that are not contacts. Taking Iphone xs max as an example, the steps are as follows:

1. Open the home screen of the phone, find and open the "Settings" interface.

2. After entering the setting interface, find "Do Not Disturb Mode" and enter the "Do Not Disturb Mode" function setting interface.

3. The system defaults to "Do Not Disturb" being off. Slide the switch to the right to turn on the "Do Not Disturb" function.

4. After turning on Do Not Disturb mode, click the "Allow the following calls" option in "Phone" below to enter the detailed function settings of the contact permission interface for incoming calls.

5. If you want to prevent all stranger phone calls from being harassed, you can directly select all contacts to block all calls from people who are not friends in the address book to prevent text message bombardment.
