Hungry? What if I can't contact the merchant?

Sometimes we are hungry for take-away, and what should we do if we can't contact the merchants? Let's share the method below.

The first step, we need to know that we can't contact the merchants, which may be caused by the merchants being too busy. We can contact each other by texting or calling. If time cannot wait, we can cancel the order.

In the second step, we can view the current order by clicking on the order at the bottom, and click Enter.

Step 3: After entering the current order interface, you can contact the merchant again or click the three-point icon to cancel the order.

Step 4: Choose to cancel the order. After the pop-up box, select whether the goods have been received.

Step 5: If you choose not to receive the goods, directly enter the refund interface, and the received goods will enter the after-sales interface. After submitting the reasons, you can wait for a refund.
