Postal express only knows the tail number.

The order numbers are all consecutive, and the last number is different and not the same address. Use the next order unless the previous order was entered incorrectly. But now it's all electronic, and there is generally no handwriting. The error rate is not very large.

The last two digits of the post are letters, single number EMS, EMS. There are also 10 or 50 in EMS, all of which start with numbers. 1 1 digit PA is a general parcel, 1 1 digit KA is an express parcel, 1 1 digit GA or 13 digit 99 is a small parcel. Registered letters are usually two letters starting with X and a single number of 1 1 numbers, and now they also start with N.
