Why can't I get the SMS from 10086 on my mobile phone?

The mobile phone can't receive the short message of 10086, which may be caused by the interception of the mobile phone. The solution and specific operation steps are as follows:

Preparation tool: Android phone.

1. Take Huawei mobile phone as an example. First, open the mobile browser, search for "number attribution" on Baidu, and enter the mobile phone number to see if it is the mobile phone number of China Mobile, as shown below.

2. Secondly, after confirming the mobile phone number of China Mobile, open the "SMS" application, and then open the "harassment interception" function above, as shown below.

3. Next, in the interception rule, turn on the "Blacklist" option, and then check whether 10086 has been added to the blacklist, as shown in the following figure.

4. Finally, 10086 was found in the blacklist. Select and delete the number 10086, as shown in the figure below. You can receive the information sent by 10086 after deletion.
