Samsung pay doesn't vibrate when it is turned on. How to set it?

If the vibration of the mobile phone fails, we suggest that you:

1. Slide down the screen top curtain-find the sound icon-click the icon to switch to vibration mode.

2. Some machines can set SMS vibration independently. If it doesn't vibrate when receiving SMS, please check: Information-More (menu key)-Settings-Notification-Vibration-Check.

3. If the mobile phone supports the vibration intensity adjustment function, please adjust the vibration to the maximum: Settings-Sound-Vibration Intensity.

4. If the phone supports the function of creating vibration mode, please switch to your own vibration mode.

5. If not, please back up the data (contacts, text messages, pictures, etc. ) in your phone, and then restore the factory settings.

If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to the Samsung service center, and the professional after-sales engineer will help you test it.
