4. On the basis of the "on-arrival inspection", foreign personnel from other provinces will be subject to "two inspections in three days" (with an interval of more than 24 hours).

5. Subsequent management measures for people coming (returning) to Haikou from outside the province will be dynamically adjusted based on the epidemic situation.
