"Green Code" personnel and window personnel of Yukang Code: Please take samples nearby under the guidance of the competent departments of towns, villages and related industries.

Yukang code "yellow code" personnel: please go to the regional nucleic acid sampling point or the sampling point of the nearest hospital for sampling.

Yukang code is "red code" or has symptoms such as fever and headache: please report to the village immediately, take samples according to the requirements of the village and implement classified control measures.

Teachers and students of Yongda Technical Secondary School take part in nucleic acid testing in our school according to the unified arrangement of the school.

Personnel in temporary control areas and designated key areas, as well as home isolation personnel, shall participate in nucleic acid testing according to relevant management requirements.

Third, warm tips

All staff involved in sampling must hold negative certificates of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours, do personal protection, wear N95 masks, strengthen self-health management, track and investigate risk points, live in a medium-high risk area in the past 7 days, and those with abnormal Chongqing-Kangbao code are not allowed to participate in sampling.

If special people have testing needs, they can dock with village staff in advance, and the village will arrange on-site sampling.

Under the organization of the village, please bring your ID card, foreign identity certificate and other valid identification documents or show the "Yukang code" to the nearest nucleic acid sampling point in batches and in different periods. Minors need to be accompanied by adult guardians to apply for "Yukang Code" for nucleic acid sampling.

During the sampling period, please cooperate with the staff to do personal protection, wear masks, line up in an orderly manner, keep the interval of 1 meter, do not talk or gather, and do not stay after the sampling to avoid cross infection.

Citizens who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not take part in nucleic acid sampling. After an interval of 48 hours, they will go to the convenience nucleic acid sampling point for sampling.

Check all personnel within the sampling range, leaving no household and no one missing. Failure to complete sampling within the specified time will affect normal travel.

Accepting nucleic acid testing is the obligation of all residents, please actively cooperate; Those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid detection, disturb order, conceal, lie or falsify information will be dealt with severely and quickly according to law, and those who constitute a crime will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

After the completion of nucleic acid detection in the above areas, the detection frequency and control measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the detection results and expert evaluation.
