How to send a letter of appeal to the Supreme Court

If you are dissatisfied with the first-instance civil judgment of the Provincial Higher People's Court, you can appeal to the Supreme People's Court. The method and means of appeal will be explained in the first-instance judgment. The people's courts have certain trial level regulations for accepting cases. If the case is prosecuted beyond the level, the court will not accept it.

Legal basis:

Article 205 of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" Submit it within six months; if there are circumstances specified in Paragraph 1, Paragraph 3, Paragraph 12, or Paragraph 13 of Article 200 of this Law, submit it within six months from the date when you know or should know.
