When CCB sends a card through the post office, it will send a short message on the mobile phone registered by CCB, which contains the registered letter or express number of the card.

According to the registered letter or courier number, you can check the card mailing progress in the following ways:

Registered letters can be inquired by postal parcels of China Post Network (/);

Express delivery can be inquired by Global Postal Express (www.ems.com.cn).

2) Telephone enquiry: Call China Post Hotline 1 1 185 to inquire about mailing cards.
