What if Xiaolan's account cannot be unsealed?

1. First, open the Blued software and enter the "My" interface.

2. Secondly, click Settings Options, and after entering the Settings interface, click Account and Security Options. Click "Retrieve Account" to enter the account retrieval interface.

3. Then in the account retrieval interface, enter the registered mobile phone number or email address, click to get the verification code, enter the received verification code, and click OK. The system will send an email or text message to the mobile phone or mailbox, including a password retrieval link.

4. Finally, click the password retrieval link, follow the prompts, enter a new password, and the Xiaolan account will be unsealed.
