Netease 163 how to verify the mailbox?

1. Prompt questions/answers by birthday and password.

Fill in the passport user name and registered birthday, and click "Next";

Answer the password question answer, new password and security code you set, and click "Next";

The submission was successful, and the new login password was set.

2. Through a confidential mailbox

Fill in your passport user name and your registered confidential email address, and then click "Next";

After the submission is successful, we will send you a confirmation email to set a new login password in your confidential mailbox;

Please click the link to change the password according to the prompt in the email and reset the password within three days;

Fill in your passport user name and new password and click "Next";

The submission was successful, and the new login password was set.

Tips: If you haven't received the email, or the email has expired for three days, you can request to send the email again. Some email addresses may not receive the confirmation email sent by us. We suggest that you use other e-mail addresses of Netease as your confidential e-mail, such as: 2280 MB super capacity (send 280 MB free network disk), Netease free e-mail user name @ 126.com, or 188 wealth e-mail address that provides distinguished service.

3. Through the relevant mobile phone

If your passport account has been associated with a mobile phone, you can reset the login password in the following ways:

Mobile users and Zhejiang Unicom users:

Fill in the pass account number;

We will send a verification code to your associated mobile phone;

Fill in the verification code and new password, and reset the login password of the pass.

Unicom users (except Zhejiang Unicom users):

Fill in the pass account number;

Your associated mobile phone will receive a check code first;

After filling in the verification code, Unicom will send you a verification code according to your verification code;

Fill in the verification code and new password, and reset the login password of the pass.

4. Directly via SMS.

If your pass account is associated with a mobile phone, you can also retrieve your password by sending SMS directly:

The mobile user sends the character "PW new password" to 1630 (for example: PW 123456).

Unicom users send the character "PW new password" to 9 163 (for example: PW 123456).

You can set the login password of the pass to the password you just filled in the short message.

Pass a secure password

Enter the pass account number, security code and set a new login password, and click "Next";

If the user name and security code are correct, you can set a new login password.

6. Through Netease Customer Service Center
