There will be SMS notification when running a red light, but only if the owner leaves his phone number when registering. The owner can go directly to the vehicle management office and register the mobile phone number in the vehicle information. Now the traffic control office automatically opens SMS notification of traffic violations. Or you can call the mobile phone operator directly with your mobile phone and ask the customer service to help you open a traffic violation message. After a motor vehicle violates the rules, it can be found online in 3 to 7 days or notified by SMS, and the latest time is no more than 13 working days.

If it is found and signed by the traffic police at the scene, the owner needs to go to the local traffic police team within 15 days after the violation. Those who have not received treatment for more than 15 days need to pay a late fee of 3% per day, but the amount of late fee shall not exceed twice the original fine.

Motor vehicle signal lights and non-motor vehicle signal lights indicate:

(a) when the green light is on, vehicles are allowed to pass, but turning vehicles shall not hinder the passage of straight vehicles and pedestrians;

(two) when the yellow light is on, vehicles that have crossed the stop line can continue to pass;

(3) When the red light is on, vehicles are prohibited from passing.

At intersections where there are no non-motor vehicle signal lights and crosswalk signal lights, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians should follow the signs of motor vehicle signal lights.

When the red light is on, vehicles turning right can pass, which does not hinder the passage of vehicles and pedestrians who have been released.
