What should Beijing Bureau of Letters and Calls do after receiving the mail?

This unit will be transferred to the relevant departments.

After receiving the mail, the Beijing Bureau for Letters and Calls will make a decision of rejection or forwarding within 15 days after registering the letters and visits, and forward the letters and visits accepted by the organs or departments at the same level to the organs or departments that have the right to handle them.

The complainant shall truthfully report the situation to the bureau of letters and calls, and shall not fabricate, distort or conceal the truth. Do not falsely accuse or frame others.
