Why does the text keep flashing?

This is a malicious program written by a computer.

The principle is the various effects caused by the use of mobile phone sound playback programs. May appear: black screen, flashing screen, vibration, key failure, automatic shutdown, etc.

It is targeted and can only run independently on non-smart phones or smart phones (generally it can run on non-smart phones, but it doesn't work on Motorola and Nokia).

If you turn the ringtone of your mobile phone into a vibration and then read the news, it won't be like that. This is also possible in most non-smart phones, and some non-smart phones are not.
