Why can’t smart care receive information on iKu?

It can be solved like this:

1. Network problem. If the signal is not good and the signal cannot be received, you can choose to reset the network to solve it.

2. Caused by being closed in the background. Check whether the automatic clearing mode is turned on in the security software of the phone. The automatic clearing mode will clear the background software after the screen goes black. If the automatic clearing mode is turned on, just go to the security software and turn it off.

3. The function of accepting smart notification control is not turned on. Enable the option to accept smart notification controls in Settings-Status Bar and Notifications-App Notification Management.
