What software is Fetion? What's the role?

Fetion is an instant messaging software launched by China Mobile, which can be installed on mobile phones and computers. It is only applicable to mobile users, and the service must be enabled. Fetion can send short messages on the computer (mobile users only). For example, if you leave your mobile phone at home, you can make a phone call and send a text message through Fetion on your work computer (which must be connected to the Internet).
