Special operations personnel must undergo specialized safety technical training and pass the assessment before they can start working after obtaining the "Special Operations Operation Certificate of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the Special Operations Operation Certificate).

Special operations personnel shall receive theoretical and practical safety technical training and practical training corresponding to the special operations they are engaged in.
