Is the flight attendant interview easy?

The interview was very hard and difficult. The interview lasted for two years in 2018 and 2019, and I traveled all over China. I can only say that most flight attendants are not as good as you think. , it’s not that bad either. They are just ordinary people with dreams. Let’s talk about the interview first.

There are four steps in the interview. The first is the preliminary test. Some airlines will add auditions. , when there were more people, we also participated in the recommendation exhibition in Beijing. There were about 10,000 people and about 20 airlines. There were also solo operators, chasing airlines. For example, if you like China Southern Airlines, then go after China Southern Airlines. Wherever it announces recruitment, go there in advance. Sometimes there are many people, about one thousand to two thousand people at one station. For the initial test, a group of ten people will go in, and then they will briefly introduce themselves. If you have English or other language certificates, you can If you include it in the self-introduction, you will get extra points. There are also some companies that do not need to introduce yourself. For example, Xiamen Airlines first check whether your appearance meets their requirements. At this time, it is not just about who is beautiful, but more often it is about you. It doesn’t feel like their airline. The pass rate is one or two out of ten people.

The second is the re-examination. We also take China Southern Airlines as an example. The re-examination is usually read in English, and of course you have to introduce yourself, preferably Prepare Chinese and English ones, neither too long nor too short. It is better to have distinctive ones. Read and translate in English. Sometimes you will also ask questions. There are some scenario simulation questions, such as how to deal with someone teasing you on a flight, such as sending a message. What to do if food water accidentally splashes on passengers... Wait, for many parts, the pass rate is about five or six for a group of ten people

Then there is the final review. Generally, the preliminary test and retest will be completed on the same day. It is announced that the preliminary test will be in the morning and the retest will be in the afternoon, and then we will wait for the notification of the final review. It will take about a month or two, and we will send you a text message to let you check it. The final review is also the makeup trial session, and we usually go to Beijing for the final review. From now on, if you wear the uniform of China Southern Airlines and you are in a group of ten, you will still be asked questions. They are all random. The examiner will ask you about your preparations, your talents, etc., and there will be no questions at all. The pass rate will be three or four out of ten people. They vary, so in the end, the probability of successful interview is actually about 20 to 30 people out of 2,000 people.
