Apple's mobile phone is blacklisted, why can't I receive the text message?

After adding the phone number to the blacklist, you will not receive calls, messages or FaceTime calls from blacklisted contacts. How does Apple remove mobile phones from the blacklist?

1, enter the phone settings first.

4. Enter the phone number, and there is a "blacklist" option. Click enter.

7. Find the mobile phone that needs to be blacklisted, and slide it to the right to unblock it. Click to cancel the blacklist.

8. Another way to cancel the blacklist is to click Edit in the upper right corner.

9. After clicking Edit, a minus sign will appear before the phone number.
