Why did someone call me to ask?

1. First, log on to the platform of Everyone Connect with Me, click the interactive tab on the home page, and select the claim processing query module.

2. Secondly, in the claim processing query module, enter the claim title or keyword to search.

3. Finally, select the corresponding complaint and inquire about the detailed information of the complaint, including the complaint type, complaint content, processing progress, etc.
